Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the pet fashion items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are intact and the fabric is free of pet hair or dander.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned apparel, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
